Demographic note: The ad claims 3.5 million "farm wife" readers. That number exceeds the TOTAL number of women now involved in US agriculture. According to Wikipedia, "In 2004, of the 145 million employed workers in the US, 834,000 of them held jobs as agricultural workers." We have not exhausted all the possible proportions, of course, but we're pretty sute that the times keep a'changin'.
